From the compact spiral washer to the continuous-feed system: cleaning solutions for 100 to 2,500 crates per hour – energy-efficient and tailored precisely to your process.
Crate dryers
The KTT is currently the fastest, most efficient and quietest spin dryer on the market. Different containers dry simultaneously with no format specifications – with less than 15 g of residual moisture instead of the usual 300 g. This protects labels, reduces room humidity and makes containers ready for immediate use.
Crate turners
Reliable turning, emptying and separating of crates and containers – debris such as leaves, label residue or broken glass is discharged directly. With clamping jaw technology also for gentle vertical transport, virtually maintenance-free.
Special Solutions
Compact chute systems and space-saving conveying and storage technology for crates, boxes and cartons – virtually wear-free thanks to a minimum of moving parts. On the S-chute, freshly washed crates already lose 80% of their adhering water.
