Wet waste labels are expensive waste: high volume, high weight, lots of caustic. The hydraulic Klotzki piston press compacts waste labels to a fraction of their volume using the extrusion principle – the extracted caustic is collected and pumped straight back into the bottle washer via level-controlled return. Cutting disposal costs and caustic consumption at the same time.
