With the Klotzki high pressure label removal station, we have developed a separate cleaning module that can be placed upstream of the crate washer or installed as a stand-alone system. Up to 85% of labels are removed from crates using a high-pressure pump and special nozzles without the use of chemical additives. This result can be further optimized with the use of a pre-soaking station.
